We revert back to what we know or even worse we rebel, eat chocolate cake for breakfast, hide under the duvet and drink more than we should to console ourselves.


One of the hardest things is to stay motivated, changing habits takes time and life happens while we are trying to do this. I have seen too many people slip back into old patterns because they don’t get the support they need. 


I am here to provide you with the support you need, having someone who cares. Someone to be able to check in with, to get clarity when you are feeling confused around health changes and someone to share your health triumphs with. 

That is why I have different packages, which are designed to offer the level of support that you need but are not getting. If you really want to create positive health changes in your life then these packages will help you get there. All my services are offered online, so it doesn't matter where you live. 

One Month Package

This is a great way to get started with achieving your health goals, the package includes:

  • Initial consultation 60 minutes plus recommendations e-mailed

  • 3 x 30 minute follow up consultation

On-going Support

This package helps keep you on track, you may want to transition to this package after the Monthly Package or Executive Package, it includes:

  • 4 x 30 minute consultations 

Executive Package

This is for the individual who needs specific on-going input and frequent check-ins with unlimited access to me. It is tailor made to your needs. As each package is created specifically for you prices vary depending on the amount of support you need from me.

How Nicola Works

I incorporate the foundations of Nutritional Therapy but also place a strong focus on lifestyle factors. While nutritional therapy focuses on nutrition, food choices and effective supplementation I also like to consider other areas of your life that may help you be both healthier and happier. This may include stress, sleep, exercise, relationships, time in nature and work.

Changing habits takes time so for the process to be effective it usually requires a commitment of 3 to 6 months. I incorporate coaching tools to encourage you to drive the process and empower you to improve your own health. Through relevant information you are able to make informed decisions around your health. 


I will help you to discover ways that you can set attainable health goals. As we are all unique, we work at a pace that is set by you and that is manageable for you. 

The frequency of follow up consultations depends on your requirements and we decide on this together. Every aspect of the process can be personalised to your unique needs.
