This blog is here to help you find your way to a healthier way of living every day.
Some of the topics I cover may seem a bit unusual but my intention is to make you think, to reflect and to find the ideas slowly sneaking into your life. They may take a bit more time to read than the 2 minutes we normally give to the endless stream of social media we are engulfed with. But I only post once a week so you have time to assimilate the information. My goal is to help inform you to live a healthier, happier life.

You won't find headings that say “15 steps to a healthier you” because that is just too neat and life isn't neat and some of you may need 20 steps and others just 8!
I try to keep my information current and relevant. The idea is for you to make small changes based on the suggestion that I give. Somewhere along the journey you will begin to find yourself healthier and hopefully happier too. It is never too late to improve your health whether you are 26 or 76!
