This recipe comes from Yotam Ottolenghi's cookbook Plenty. He is defiantly one of my food heroes as he combines beautiful flavours and is a lover of vegetables.

I am not a huge fan of smoothies and I don't get the point of "disguising" greens in a smoothie by using date...

This was inspired from my last visit to OZCF, when you find such great ingredients there isn’t much you need to do to them, in fact the less you do to them the better, as they shine through all by themselves.

Every summer I despair at the quality of tomatoes available....
