Health and Wellness Coaching


This is an all encompassing approach to health and wellness. It covers much more than the food you eat and the supplements you take. It includes exercise, self care, relationships, nature and spirit.


Together we look at your goals, what you want for your health, why you want it and what is stopping you from achieving it. Then together, we come up with a plan of action to make those goals a reality. 


This is a supportive relationship where I facilitate you with the knowledge I have towards making healthy sustainable behaviour changes. Your wellness program is just for you and your needs.


We often think we are too old to change, that our health cannot be improved on, but it can. No matter what your age or state of well being, I want to help you to feel your best!

Personal Coaching

Highly personalised one on one coaching, to fast track you towards better health and wellness. Sessions are tailor made and discussions revolve around healthy food choices, food preparation, supplements, exploring forms of exercise, self care and creating healthy connections. For some, changing habits can take time, and you may need to commit for a period of 3 to 6 months or longer.



Group Coaching

This is a great way to shift habits and achieve your health goals. Join a group of like minded individuals, as we explore good health together. Each week has a different theme, which guides you on a sustainable journey towards improved health. Groups are small and intimate, and we meet for a total of 6 sessions. You can join a group or form your own group.
